Boy saved from gang

-

A MAN has spoken of his anger after intervening when a group of schoolchildren were seen “kicking a boy in the head” by the side of a busy road.

From Facebook:

Debbie Kjeldsen says: I hope the boy is OK. Well done to the man who got out to help the boy. I am from Hull. I moved to Denmark 25 years ago. We don’t hear things like that in Denmark. People getting beat up. People getting mugged. We have national service in Denmark. Maybe England should bring it back.

James Caley says: Forty cowards, what happened to one on one fighting, which settled any arguments. I don’t condone any fighting apart from self defence, but if you are in this scenario then you must have a fair chance.

Tina Robinson says: Tame them kids before it’s too late and before they get too old to punish. The streets are bad enough. Parents need to get a grip and before anyone starts not all parents are to blame.

Sam Stuart Cowling says: Why was he the only person to help? All them bystanders need to think “what if it was my child?”. Think Mr Thompson deserves an award.

Sarah Flatt says: I pass this every night walking to work.

It’s definitely the same group of lads as they’re always causing trouble in Herons and outside Heron

Paul Gill says: Hope everything gets sorted, but CCTV from Civic should pick it up. Hope the lad is OK, it’s disgusting all on to one. Parents should feel ashamed.
