Octavian Dinu, 26, of Cranbrook Avenue, west Hull, must pay £500 compensation, and have up to 45 days’ rehabilitation, for two offences of outraging public decency, by following a woman while performing a sex act, and performing a sex act “in the direction of an adult female”. He must pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.
Andrew Spencer, 32, of Murrayfield Road, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for six months for being drunk and disorderly in Paragon Station. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.
Susan Scott, 57, of Laburnum Walk, Gilberdyke, was placed under an eight-week curfew for being in charge of a Staffordshire terrier called Robby which injured a person while dangerously out of control in Sycamore Drive, Thorngumbald. Scott must not leave home between 7pm and 7am and must pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge. Robby will be destroyed unless he is kept under control and wears a muzzle when in public.
Mark Cardy, 26, of New Bridge Road, east Hull, was fined £300 and must have up to 12 days’ rehabilitation for assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He must pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.
David Elletson, 48, of Dover Street, west Hull, must pay £107.46 compensation, and was discharged conditionally for 18 months, for using threatening words or behaviour, assaulting a special constable, and smashing a window. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.
Kavina Harris, 24, of Coltman Street, west Hull, was fined £100, and must have up to 15 days’ rehabilitation, for assault by beating. She must pay an £85 surcharge.
