New Look to reopen with safety rules

NEW Look, pictured, at St Stephen’s shopping centre will reopen its doors to customers on Monday, July 13, at 10am.

The high-street fashion chain has already reopened some of its stores across the country, but Hull’s St Stephen’s branch has remained closed - despite non-essential shops being allowed to open their doors again on June 15.

New Look’s website says: “We’re beginning to open our stores again following updated guidance from the UK Government.

“Our customers and colleagues are our first priority, and we want to ensure that you can shop safely.

“We have introduced some small changes to make sure everyone feels as safe and comfortable as possible.”

New Look says it may reduce the number of people in the stores at any one time, encourage social distancing and contactless payments and provide hand sanitiser.
