Onwards. Together. Forever

-

HULL KR have launched their new home kit with a fresh tagline for 2021: Onwards. Together. Forever.

In conjunction with the club’s technical apparel supplier Oxen, Rovers have gone for the three chevrons design first used in the 1960s and more recently in 2004 and 2010.

The strip features more red than recent designs and the front will remain blank while the club conclude negotiations with potential new partners.

New chief executive Paul Lakin believes brighter times are ahead after a hugely challenging 2020 on and off the field.

“After a prolonged period of having predominately white kits we are confident supporters will enjoy a change of direction going into 2021,” he said.

“We are very thankful for the support and commitment of all of our partners who have joined us on the kit.

“As explained previously, the front of replicas will remain blank whilst we look to maximise the commercial potential. A number of conversations are ongoing and I’m confident we’ll be able to make some announcements in the new year.

“The final order for our 2021 kit and training wear ranges were submitted in April during the first peak of the pandemic.

“With so many uncertainties the club made the decision to cut the quantity ordered of each range down.

“This was to protect club finances whilst the bigger picture became clearer.

“Supporters are therefore encouraged to order their shirt soon to avoid disappointment.

“Particularly those who wish to purchase as Christmas presents!

“After a difficult year for everyone, I’m looking forward to seeing the team run out in front of fans again at Hull College Craven Park in this striking new design. It will be a special and emotional moment.”

Supporters can order the kit now at hullkr.co.uk/kits and also take advantage of the new click and collect service.

Silver and Gold Rovers Forever members have been sent voucher codes via email.
