It now stretches from diplomas, MBAS, and behavioural psychology, to apprenticeships, digital development and equine leadership.
New recruits experience a three-month onboarding process and while qualifications to enhance potential are open-ended – from animation with Disney and Pixar to mental health first aid – free gym membership, desk yoga, guided meditation, coaching and counselling aid wellness.
A total of 3,300 hours of personal development have been clocked up, with an enviable 92 per cent pitch win success rate.
