THE mum of missing Chloe Fewster has made an emotional appeal for her daughter to get in touch as concerns for her safety remain.

Chloe, 19, was reported missing on Christmas Day with reports she had gone with a man, rumoured to be her boyfriend, having last been seen in the Cranbrook Avenue area of north Hull.

It prompted desperate pleas from her family who were worried for her welfare.

After speculation over her safety and welfare, Chloe responded to a Facebook post from a family member saying: “Safe and well confirmed by police and that’s why they’ve removed their post. Now please remove all these posts like they have done.”

Humberside Police confirmed they had located and spoken to Chloe.

But nothing has been heard from her since December 29 when she was in contact with family briefly on social media. Now police have reissued an appeal for Chloe to get in touch and say they are concerned for her safety.

Her mum, Kerry Mcdougall, remains concerned for her daughter’s welfare.

She said: “Chloe please, if you see this message, please get in contact if you can. Me and your dad, brother and sisters are worried sick about you. Chloe contact someone and please come home where you will be safe

“All her family and friends are looking for her and they her home safe.”

After the first appeal, Humberside Police thanked everyone saying: “The response has been phenomenal and so many people have been very generous in giving their time over the holiday period to try and help us to locate Chloe.”

But now they have reissued an appeal for Chloe to get in touch as safety worries mount.

A spokeswoman said: “We are concerned for the safety of 19-yearold Chloe Fewster from Hull and are appealing for help locating her to make sure she is safe and well.

“Following a missing person appeal published on December 27, Chloe was found by officers and spoken with on December 28, but fresh concerns have been raised for her safety.

“Officers have been completing extensive inquiries around the areas she is known to attend, however, these have so far proven negative. Chloe is described as being white, 5ft 5in tall, of a slim build with long brown hair.”

Detective Chief Inspector Pete Thorp has also made a direct appeal to Chloe.

He said: “Chloe, if you are reading this, we want you to know that you are not in any trouble, we just want to make sure you’re OK. Please get in touch with us on 101 as soon as you can.”

Anyone who believes they have seen Chloe or has any information that could help police to find her should call 101, quoting her name. all just want
