- By ANNA RILEY anna.riley@reachplc.com @annarileynews

MANY of us were glad to see the back of 2020, a year which has kept us from loved ones and brought to an abrupt halt the little routines of our everyday lives.

Then we rang in the new year for 2021 and with it came the third national lockdown in another attempt to curb the rise in coronavirus cases.

Even though there is hope on the horizon with the vaccine rollout, our r normal activities have yet again ground to a halt.

It can feel like groundhog day at times, but rest assured there is plenty to look forward to in 2021 in our city.

A whole host of activities are lined up from much-loved events to theatre and music shows.

We will be keeping fingers crossed, of course, that they can all still go ahead, but here is a round-up of some of 2021’s upcoming events in Hull.
