New phase of huge town developmen­t

BEAL Homes have announced the next phase in their largest single housing developmen­t project in East Yorkshire.

Phase three of The Greenways developmen­t near Goole will see 76 homes built with the first buyers expected to be able to move in by Spring 2023 and taking the total number of properties delivered so far to 206.

When The Greenways is completed, it will feature 800 houses.

As well as Goole, Beal is currently delivering a series of prestigiou­s developmen­ts across East Yorkshire, including West Hill II in Kirkella, St Mary’s View in Beverley, Pilgrims Walk in Hessle and Turpin’s Chase in Welton, with Holderness Chase also coming soon to Preston.

The company employs 150 staff in the region and is also working with Wykeland Group on the £80m regenerati­on of Fruit Market in Hull, in partnershi­p with the council.
