Care home offering ‘welcome bonus’ of £3,000 to nurses

A NEW specialist care home in Hull is holding a recruitment day to showcase the range of roles on offer – and is offering a “welcome bonus” of up to £3,000 to successful candidates.
St Andrew’s Court, in Wheeler Street, is looking to hire registered nurses, unit managers (senior nurses) and health care assistants.
The home is run by Exemplar Health Care, which has more than 35 specialist care homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands, North East and North West, supporting adults living with a range of complex needs.
A recruitment open day will be held on Friday, July 1, and if successful, registered nurses will be offered a welcome bonus of up to £1,500 and unit managers up to £3,000.
With no booking required, the recruitment event invites interested candidates to take a tour of the home, meet the home’s residents and chat to colleagues.

The care home supports adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia and neurodisabilities including brain injuries, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
There are a range of roles available
including registered nurses (RMN, RGN and RNLD), senior nurses (unit managers) and health care assistants.
The open day will be from noon to 4pm and interviews will be offered and scheduled on the day.
