Built-in maintenance

Step six of the tutorial briefly shows how to list and run maintenance scripts built into macos. Enter ls -al /var/lof/*.out and you can see the date and time that daily, weekly and monthly maintenance scripts were last run. If they are not running automatically there is a problem. Run them manually with sudo periodic followed by daily, weekly or monthly.
