Creative colour curves
On your Mac’s display each photograph’s millions of colours are reproduced by mixing Red, Green and Blue channels together. By default, the new Curve tool changes the brightness of the RGB channels equally to create lighter or darker versions of the shot’s colours. However, if you tweak an individual colour channel’s curve independently of the other channels you can produce creative shifts in colour and mimic oldschool darkroom film development techniques.
