Smoother slow motion

You can use the Speed command in the IOS and desktop versions of imovie to slow down a clip’s action. However, this retimed footage can look jerky. For smoother slow motion clips, shoot your subject using the Slo-mo option in your Camera app. This captures the action at a higher frame rate, creating a much smoother slow motion sequence.
