the colours displayed on your iphone screen are sometimes too alluring and, without realising it, you can become hopelessly addicted to staring at it.

You can counter this by going to settings> General >accessibility and tapping on ‘Display accommodations’. Now tap on ‘Colour Filters’ and select the ‘Greyscale’ option. as if by magic your screen won’t be as appealing to look at!
