I recently updated Pages and the ‘new’ rounded charts just look the same as normal – am I missing something?
1 Add a chart
When you first add content from the ‘Chart’ menu it will appear as standard, with the familiar square edges. Open up the Format sidebar by clicking on the paintbrush icon.
2 Start smoothing
Ensure that the chart is selected on the page and you will see the new ‘Rounded Corners’ option in the sidebar. Simply click and hold on the slider to adjust the curvature of the chart.
3 Outside only
If you tick the ‘Outside Corners Only’ option only the tops of the bars will be curved. It adds a certain warmth to your charts which they may have been lacking previously.
