Britain’s oldest artisan salmon smoker, H Forman & Son, has teamed up with Aldi this Christmas to offer some of the best smoked salmon we’ve tasted in ages. Cured with a little salt and smoked over oak, the result is a delicately flavoured fish at an amazingly low price – a similar amount direct from H Forman & Son would cost three times as much. It’s available in store from 19 December, until stocks last.
