Soft shade

Remove the drawers to paint separately. When using chalk paint, apply two coats directly on to the bureau, allowing time to dry in between. If you’re using eggshell paint, lightly sand then clean the surface first. Paint on the scallop design with a lighter shade, adding dots with a finer brush. For chalk paint, finish with a lacquer or wax for protection.
