This is achieved with technical wizardry such as Bi-Lateral joint reinforcements, and high impact resins which provide increased strength, toughness and durability, not to mention a superb smooth ship finish, along with Fusion technology which helps to bond together different types of carbon cloths giving an improved lightness and rigidity. The M2 also boasts a section alignment system, easy-ship finish on every section, and it comes with prebushed side puller power kits – one fitted inside the pole, and a spare. At its full 8.7m length it can reach well past the next platform, or further out than the bottom of the near shelf on the majority of commercial fisheries. The pole’s exceptional stiffness and rigidity is reflected in its quick tip speed and virtually wobble-free, post-strike recovery time.
