Dai Gribble’s suggestion in last month’s IYCF that angler’s should rove commercials is a very good one and something I have been doing for a long while. I always get permission from the owners before I cover every blade of grass on the complex but there is no doubt it has helped me catch a lot more quality fish. Grab a rod, landing net and a bag of bits and start exploring your local commercial. You’ll get to try swims you’ve not considered and they are worth a quick five minutes.
