She’s known for Sinead’s kooky style on screen, but Weatherfield star Katie Mcglynn sparkled as she took to the red carpet at the recent Christie Charity Ball. Showing off her svelte figure – a product of stepping up her fitness regime over the last few months – the star wore a dazzling sequinned gown and was joined by former cast mate Tisha Merry (Steph), who left the soap earlier this year. But it wasn’t just the Street girls grabbing the spotlight – entertainment on the night came from the Dales’ resident girl band Main Street, with Amy Walsh (Tracy), Laura Norton (Kerry), Gemma Atkinson (Carly) and Michelle Hardwick (Vanessa) stealing the show.
