Sinead’s meltdown!
SHE WISHES KEN WAS DEAD…
Devastated Sinead hits the bottle this week – and declares that she wishes Ken was dead!
Still reeling from her decision to terminate the baby she and Daniel were expecting, Sinead is in a terrible state and has no sympathy for Daniel’s hospitalised dad. In fact, Sinead won’t visit Ken with the Barlows, telling Daniel that she believes only family should be by his side.
“The truth is that Sinead can’t stand the sight of Ken, not after his harsh words about her trapping Daniel,” explains our snitch. “She feels that he forced her to get rid of the baby, and her guilt and regret take over.”
Sinead’s uncharacteristic behaviour seriously worries her Auntie Beth. She’s already concerned about her vulnerable niece, but when Sinead gets drunk and then declares that she wishes
Ken had died, Beth knows something is deeply wrong.
While Sinead seems like the last person who’d hurt anyone, she has a motive. And so does Daniel – he was distraught to discover the conversation between his dad and Sinead provoked her into having a termination.
“The police quiz Daniel, and it’s clear they believe he is the one responsible,” reveals our mole. “Soon, he decides that the only way to avoid prison is to run away.”
Sinead can’t believe it when she realises what Daniel is up to, and she’s desperate to stop him leaving. However, convinced that Ken and the police think he did it, Daniel is ready to leg it. But are his rash actions really those of an innocent man?
