Nancy kissed by Kyle!
TALK OF THEIR HISTORY REIGNITES OLD FEELINGS…
Nancy’s surprise reunion with Kyle has been a breath of fresh air as she’s dealt with her MS diagnosis. But this week, it looks as if Kyle may be looking to break out of the friend zone – when he tries to kiss her!
Nancy’s husband Darren has been suspicious of Kyle’s intentions, though Nancy has never had cause to question his motives – particularly since Kyle says he’s gay. However, as Nancy reminisces with her first boyfriend about their teen romance, Kyle gets caught up in the moment and goes in for a snog. Will Nancy reciprocate?
“Absolutely not!” exclaims Jessica Fox, who plays Nancy. “Understandably, she’s a bit shocked and shouts, ‘But you’re gay!’ at him. And Kyle reckons he is, but just got confused. That’s not good enough for Nancy – she storms off and tells him to stay away from her.”
Ironically, Kyle makes his move after Nancy desperately tries to convince Darren that there are no lingering feelings between her and her ex. Earlier in the week, Kyle ends up in hospital after a relapse, and Darren is stunned when he makes a call and discovers that, in spite of his story, Kyle doesn’t have a wife after all.
As sure as he’ll ever be that Kyle is making a play for his missus, Darren crashes the MS support meeting that Kyle and Nancy are attending and publicly humiliates them!

idiot when Kyle tries to kiss her,” sighs Jessica. “She’s told Darren over and over not to be so suspicious, but he was right for once! She loves Darren and I don’t think she’d cheat on him, but now Nancy thinks Kyle has always had an ulterior motive for reconnecting with her.”
In spite of her mortification, Nancy bites the bullet and is up front with Darren about what’s gone down between her and Kyle. And considering the scene he caused at the support group, she’s taken aback by Darren’s mellow reaction to the news!
However, it soon becomes clear that Darren has bigger things on his mind. Not only has Kyle caused friction in her marriage, he has also implicated Nancy in illegal activities by asking her to look after some marijuana for him. Darren knows all about Kyle’s involvement with drugs – and shockingly steals a package of them from his car! As he promises to give Nancy a brighter future, is Darren looking to become a dealer?
“Nancy would be shocked and extremely angry if Darren started selling drugs,” reckons Jessica. “However, I think that she has changed a lot since that time she started moving dead bodies around in the woods after Patrick Blake’s murder [in July last year]. Her moral compass isn’t quite as straight as it used to be! Perhaps she’d be more amenable to getting involved in this now than she would have been previously…”
