Revenge is a dish best served cold, or so the saying goes – but Weatherfield’s Mad Maya Sharma clearly preferred her vengeance smoking hot! After her fiancé Dev dumped her for his ex, Sunita, Maya devised one of the most elaborate revenge plots in soap history. First, she posed as Sunita and married a string of men, resulting in Sunita’s arrest for bigamy as she tried to wed Dev. Then Maya set fire to all of Dev’s shops, before leaving him and Sunita to burn! She may have been madder than a box of frogs, but you’ve got to give her 10 out of 10 for effort…
