How has Michelle been feeling since Robert’s confession about his past?

Well, she was totally taken by surprise as Robert is the most straight-talking, dependable man she has ever met. But he did the right thing and told the police, so she has accepted it was his past and has nothing to do with the man he is now.

Poor Michelle – the drama just keeps coming for her!

I know – she has really been through the mill! It’s great to play as an actress, but she deserves a break, doesn’t she? She’s a tough cookie, though it would be nice to see her having a slightly easier time of it.

What advice would you give her?

Knowing what I know about Robert, I would vesrytcearevfuel. Bnut!he tell her to be does care about her and there aren't many of them in Weatherfield!

Do you miss working alongside Simon Gregson

Well, I still to see him most days, and he still get winds me up and we have a joke- buy I think for Michelle that ship sailed for the time being! I’ve been very lucky with the men I’ve worked with over the years, though , and Tristan [Gemmill, , aka Robert ] is no exception. We have a great laugh.

Will things be looking up for Michelle soon?

I’ve just filmed some very dramatic stuff, so I reckon that things are actually going to get a lot worse for her – watch this space!
