The Taylor clan find themselves in dire straits this week, when the electricity is shut off right before the bailiffs put in an appearance!
With five kids to support and barely any money coming in, it’s clear that mum Karen is in financial strife. And although her eldest lad Keanu is doing his best to help out, his search for employment has so far proved fruitless. Will a visit to the Vic throw up the job he so desperately needs?
“Say what you want about the Taylors, but there’s no denying Keanu is a grafter,” our Square insider tells us.
“He knows his family has a reputation as a bunch of good-for-nothing scroungers, but that just makes him more determined to get himself a decent job and prove them all wrong. He wants to help provide for his family.”
With his mum struggling to put food on the table, Keanu is more desperate than ever to earn some cash. So when he rocks up at the Vic and asks Linda for a job, he’s delighted when she offers him a trial shift. But with snobby Fi lurking in the background, he’ll have to work a miracle to impress her enough to take him on full time…
