Heat of the moment

The combination of a brokendown train outside the station and a summer heatwave causes chaos and misery for the team at Paddington. Worried that the temperature will cause the tracks to buckle, incident officer Neil has to drastically reduce the speed limit. There’s also an even stranger problem in store, when an electrocuted pigeon hits a bridge outside the station, affecting the main lines into the station and causing delays across the western rail network.
