Mason and Beth decide to live life to the full this week, by heading out for a night at the casino!

With Mason still recovering from his car accident and Beth battling a heart condition, the young lovebirds have decided to start ticking things off their ‘bucket list’ while they’re still healthy. But will their James Bond-style night go to plan?

“Beth has some fun and romantically charged things on her list, which Mason feels compelled to help her achieve,” explains Orpheus Pledger, who plays Mason. “The casino idea comes up randomly – Mason throws it out there as a joke, and Beth runs with the idea.”

The pair get dressed up to the nines for their romantic evening – but disaster strikes before they even get to the casino, as Beth passes out at the wheel of the car!

“Mason is petrified,” sighs Orpheus. “He’s worried about the potential harm done to Beth, but also scared of the damage it may cause their relationship. Beth’s condition makes him feel helpless – as a med student, it’s so hard for him to face the fact that her illness is out of his hands…”
