Emma Atkins tells us what she’s made of this new romance…

While Vanessa’s unexpected liaisons with Charity have sent her into a spin, how is Charity feeling? We know she likes a no-strings-attached fling – but could Vanessa be the woman to finally melt her heart?

“It would be interesting if things got serious between Charity and Vanessa,” shares Emma. “Up till now, she hasn’t even liked Vanessa! Sometimes, though, even if you don’t like someone, you can’t help but be drawn to them. Charity also knows how much this would wind up Frank – and her cogs are always whirring.”

So far, so Charity. However, we need to believe that Vanessa and Charity have a chance!

“Charity is so mean when she exposes Vanessa in front of everyone – I stopped defending her a long time ago!” laughs Emma. “But she is always searching for something to fill the hole in her life, though usually it’s a scam. Vanessa and her do fancy each other, so there’ll be a bit of catand-mouse. When things like this happen out of the blue, it’s always a lot of fun for the audience…”
