VOLATILE EARTH: KILLER HURRICANES

Inside Soap - - INSIDE TV -

In the last 12 months, we’ve witnessed devastation inflicted on Puerto Rico and Barbuda by hurricanes – but according to historical documents, the deadliest Atlantic hurricane on record was the Great Hurricane of 1780. The storm killed nearly 28,000 people in the Caribbean, and in tonight’s concluding episode of Volatile Earth, scientists investigate the fatal effects of the storm, and predict the likelihood of a similar hurricane happening again.
