Sienna resorts to desperate measures to stop Joel from leaving her this week – by lying to him that her cancer has returned!
The single mum has realised that her boyfriend still has feelings for his former lover Cleo, and has made it clear to her love rival that she’ll do whatever it takes to stop them from reuniting. So this latest stunt is really no surprise…
“Sienna is very worried about being on her own – she fears that her ex Warren will come back to put her in danger, and Joel is her safety blanket,” explains Anna Passey, who plays her. “But Sienna believes Joel is going to ditch her and go back to Cleo – so she panics and makes up this huge lie on the spot! She hopes that it will stop Joel from leaving her and her son Sebastian.”
Sienna has already made up one whopper, by pretending that Warren has been back in the flat and made a kidnap attempt on their baby. So imagine her shock this week after she returns home to find an intruder there for real!
“Sienna is petrified when she discovers this man in the dark,” reveals Anna. “She’s certain it’s something to do with Warren, and that this man is there to take Sebastian away from her. He’s holding a picture of her and Seb in his hand, so she completely freaks out.”
Viewers will have to wait and see whether the mystery fella is related to Warren in some way – but one thing we can reveal is that Sienna ends up in hospital! And when the doctors tell her that she needs a biopsy to determine whether her

“It’s a massive shock to Sienna even being back in hospital, and she just wants to get out of the place,” sighs Anna. “She never expects to get that sort of information from the doctors, so initially I think she is really emotional and just genuinely stunned.
“We’ve seen Sienna go to extreme lengths in the past to get what she wants,” continues the actress. “But once the lie is out there, she instantly regrets what she’s done – this is further than Sienna has ever gone before, and she feels really awful.”
So, will Sienna’s latest scheme be enough to keep Joel away from Cleo? Might her own lies end up destroying her? And what of her mystery intruder – could the threat of Warren still be looming large?
