STACEY IS ROCKED BY TRAGIC NEWS…
Big Mo Harris returns to her old stomping ground this week – but it’s far from a happy reunion with Stacey, as she delivers the devastating news that Kat is dead!
“As you can imagine, her family are distraught,” laments our Walford insider. “But we viewers know that the clan are set for the shock of their lives when Kat eventually turns up alive and well. Of course she’s not a goner!”
Square bosses announced last year that Jessie Wallace would be reprising the role of Kat – alongside Big Mo, Stacey’s mother Jean and a new member of the brood – as part of a huge Slater revival.
Reports have since emerged in the press that Kat – who appeared to drown in the
Eastenders spin-off Redwater
– will crash her own wake at the Queen Vic. So is Big Mo ignorant of the fact that it’s all a humongous error?
“After missing several calls from her relative, Stacey is curious as to what could be so urgent, so she tries to call Mo back,” explains our informant. “But when Stacey fails to get through to her, she returns home to find Mo waiting on her doorstep, looking ashen.”
Mo’s bombshell is sure to come as a dreadful shock to Stacey, who is battling Martin for custody of their kids. It’s at times like this that she needs the support of her loved ones – so how will Stacey cope after she hears Kat has died?
Meanwhile, the appearance of Big Mo must mean that
Kat’s return from the grave is imminent – with the show’s much-anticipated Slater reunion a dead cert. Our advice to
