The BIG DEBATE!

DESPAIR FOR THE DINGLES

-

It’s been a heartbreaking week for Chas as she dealt with the news that her baby won’t survive, while Charity finally came face to face with her secret son. But both these ladies are born survivors… I can’t decide who’s given the best performance this week in Emmerdale. Emma Atkins, as Charity dealt with the pain of having to admit to her son Ryan how he came into the world. Or Lucy Pargeter, as Chas desperately tried to come to terms with the fact that her baby won’t survive.

| Daniel, Rochester I’ve really enjoyed seeing the more vulnerable side of Charity these past few weeks, and I hope we will continue to see it as this story plays out. Now that she has found her son, I’d love for the two to get to know each other properly. I realise it will be a difficult road for them, but I think they need each other.

| Christine

Charity’s son Ryan is such a breath of fresh air. James Moore is a great actor, and I can’t wait to see more scenes between mother and son. They are so much alike.

| Zoe

But it’s not just Charity who’s been dealing with some life-changing news…

I get that finding out about her baby’s condition must be traumatic for Chas, but why hasn’t she told Paddy yet? He deserves to know!

| Meera What’s happened to Chas and Paddy’s baby is so sad. And just when they thought they would finally get to be parents together! Why can’t the scriptwriters just let them both be happy for once?

| Jon

This is Emmerdale – people can’t be happy for too long!
