Are Jenny & Johnny over?

SHE DOESN’T AGREE WITH HIS BID FOR CUSTODY…

Relations between Jenny and Johnny reach an all-time low this week, as she refuses to back his plan to take baby Susie from Eva!

While Johnny is adamant that Eva isn’t fit to bring up his granddaughter, Jenny reckons that Susie’s place is with her mother. So as the couple go to war over the baby’s future, could this be the final nail in the coffin for their marriage?

“Johnny and Jenny’s relationship has been on shaky ground since Aidan’s death,” our cobbles spy reminds us. “Johnny’s been so consumed by grief that he’s pushed Jenny away completely – and even spent the night with Liz behind her back! Jenny is trying to be there for him, but Johnny has hit the self-destruct button. Their marriage hangs by a thread.”

Ironically, Jenny knows exactly what her hubby is going through, having lost a child herself. But Johnny is in such a dark place right now that just being near Jenny is making his skin crawl.

Finding out about Susie should be a happy thing that finally unites the Connors in the wake of Aidan’s passing. However, when Jenny refuses to support Johnny’s custody battle, her husband threatens to end their marriage!

“Johnny has lost so much already, and the thought of losing Susie as well is too much to bear,” sighs our mole. “From his point of view, Susie belongs with a family that loves her, not a mother who handed her over to someone else. He sees Jenny’s refusal to back him as a massive betrayal, and he doesn’t want to be with someone who isn’t on the same page as him.”

When Johnny issues Jenny with a shocking ultimatum – support him or they’re over – will Jenny decide to cave in to his demands?
