Lachlan prepares to kill again!

Killer Lachlan prepares to claim his fourth victim this week, as Belle threatens to leave him for a new life in London – and he takes drastic action to stop her plans.
Belle is offered a fantastic work opportunity that would mean relocating to the capital for a year, leaving Lachlan in Emmerdale. He’s incensed to discover she’s considering accepting the dream role – so when he spies a chance to prevent it happening, and keep Belle close, Lachlan readies himself to kill once more!
“Every terrible thing Lachlan has done is because he’s desperate to keep Belle,” says our Dales snitch. “Chrissie and Lawrence were trying to take him to Australia, so he killed them. Gerry had information that would put Lachlan behind bars and force Belle to leave him, so he murdered again. After all of that, he thought they were solid – but now there’s another obstacle standing in their way, and Lachlan is going to remove it. Offering Belle this chance could be the last thing his latest victim ever does.”
The victim in question is an investor called Freddy, who is impressed with craft-beer entrepreneur Belle and the Whingles product. Together, she and Priya work hard to get him interested in backing their venture, and Freddy thinks it could be a great partnership. He’s also keen to help Belle develop her skills by offering her a one-year placement in his London office.
Priya tells the gobsmacked Dingle that she can’t pass up such an amazing career opportunity, and so Belle asks Freddy if business partner Lachlan could get a position too. However, Freddy isn’t interested in them both, just Belle, leaving her boyfriend stuck on the sidelines.
But while Lachlan initially supports Belle’s decision to take the role, he soon tracks down Freddy to tell him that it’s not going to happen, causing an almighty row. With Belle adamant she’s not missing out, Lachlan has to find another way to deal with Freddy – and it’s not
going to be pretty. “Lachlan spots Freddy driving off alone, so he starts his car, ready to follow him,” shares our insider. “The trouble is, Priya has blagged a lift from Lachlan as she’s got drunk and needs to be taken home. Although it’s dangerous to pursue Freddy when tipsy Priya is passed out in the car, this is Lachlan’s only chance – so he follows the unsuspecting fella, and gets ready to kill again!”
As Lachlan grabs a rock and sneaks up behind his target, it looks as if it’s game over for Freddy.
