Will Robert or Aaron propose?
THE PRESSURE’S ON FOR AARON OR ROBERT TO POP THE QUESTION…
There’s a major campaign under way to secure a second Robron wedding this week, as Robert and Aaron’s nearest and dearest do their best to make sure one of the boys gets down on one knee!
With both parties having recently shared their secret plans to pop the question, Liv and Chas can’t wait to get an exciting ceremony in the diary – and begin plotting so that the marital ball can start rolling. But will their cunning scheme lead to a happy ending?
“It’s finally safe to say that Robert and Aaron’s future together is looking bright,” whispers our Emmerdale sneak. “It’s been a rocky road getting there, but the bad stuff is in the past, so it’s time that they left their troubles behind them – and what better way than to make their union official!”
Back in
2017, the pair’s first wedding ceremony was thrown into disarray after being stormed by police officers. Amid the chaos, groom and groom did manage to pledge their troth in a nearby barn – but there wasn’t enough time to secure an official union before Aaron went to prison a few days later.
It’s no wonder, then, that Robert surviving Lachlan’s attempt to kill him and Aaron recently returning from Malta – where he was detained thanks to a bout of chicken pox – has prompted them to reconsider tying the knot. But who will get down on one knee first?
“Chas and Liv know that both Robert and Aaron are planning to propose – but they can’t just sit around while the boys get their act together,” chuckles our spy. “So they put their heads together and concoct a secret plot aimed at ensuring that there’s a big announcement sooner rather than later. Ultimately, however, it’s down to Aaron or Robert to make it happen…”

up together in a scenic rural location, neither of them looks particularly thrilled with the situation, either! So, as Liv and Chas wait with bated breath back in the village, will the couple return home with exciting news?
