Fiz realises Hope needs help
SHE TELLS TYRONE THAT SHE’S MOVING TO BIRMINGHAM TO GIVE HOPE THE HELP SHE NEEDS…
Fiz realises that her daughter Hope badly needs help for her behavioural problems this week, and tells Tyrone that she will have to move to Birmingham so that the youngster can attend a special school!
The couple have already been under pressure, as they deal with the nightmare of sharing a home with Tyrone’s troublesome granny, Evelyn. And while the pensioner emotionally blackmails her grandson to let her stay, Fiz sets about trying to find some dog-friendly alternative accommodation for her.
Meanwhile, Ty heads out with Hope to take Evelyn’s dog Cerberus for a walk, but when he’s momentarily distracted, he realises that he’s lost both the youngster and the canine! Fortunately, Hope reappears – only to announce that she’s put the unsuspecting mutt on the tram to Rochdale!
“Poor Fiz and Tyrone have to break the news to Evelyn that they’ve lost Cerberus,” wails our Coronation Street insider. “And to make matters worse, Hope then pipes up that she’s not even sorry for her actions! Will Fiz accept that Hope’s naughtiness is getting out of control?”
As Evelyn rages that she’ll never see her beloved doggy again, Fiz and Tyrone discuss Hope’s behaviour with a therapist. However, Fiz is aghast when Ty reveals that he’s already found a special school for Hope in Birmingham!
“Fiz is understandably upset,” says our mole. “After all, that’s a good 70 miles away, and she’s still hoping to find another option. But the current situation really can’t continue – how can it?”
While tensions simmer at No 9 over Hope and the missing dog, Tyrone and Evelyn prepare dinner. However, while the adults’ attention is diverted elsewhere, Hope bites Ty’s daughter
Ruby! Fiz is forced to accept that they have to give the special school a try, until Hope’s behaviour improves.
As Fiz says an emotional goodbye to Tyrone, she’s surprised that even Evelyn offers some kind words of comfort. In spite of herself, Fiz is touched, and asks the older woman to keep an eye on Ty.
When will Fiz be able to return? And will the school be able to give troubled Hope the help she desperately needs?
