Toyah hooks up with Imran – again!
WHAT WILL LEANNE HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS?
There’s a Battersby scandal brewing on the Street this week – as Toyah beds love rat Imran again! She kicked the cheating lawyer to the kerb after learning that he was double-dating her and sister Leanne, and it looked as if Imran had blown it. But the chemistry between him and Toyah hasn’t gone away, and when they end up in a furious row at his office, they can’t control themselves.
“This is the woman who got Peter Barlow to change his ways, so maybe Toyah thinks reforming naughty boys is her speciality!” laughs our Corrie insider. “Actually, when Toyah marches into Imran’s office, she’s ready to give him hell for upsetting Leanne. However, in the middle of the argument, there is a look, and suddenly they are all over each other. The bickering was a big part of their attraction in the first place, yet Toyah must be mad to give Imran another chance.”
We know he isn’t a malicious fella, but Imran definitely broke all the rules by juggling sisters. He can’t believe it as Toyah falls back into his arms, though they’re quickly interrupted and have to spring apart to avoid suspicion. No matter what they feel, both Toyah and Imran realise that nobody can find out about this – because if Leanne knew, she’d hit the roof!
“It’s probably not the best idea for them to sneak over to the flat Toyah shares with Leanne to have an afternoon of steamy shenanigans then!” snipes our snitch. “Everyone is out, and they think it’s safe to meet. But of course, Leanne turns up, and Imran is bundled on to the balcony in his pants! Being outside in your underwear is a pretty nightmarish scenario in December!”
While Imran shivers, Toyah hides too, so that Leanne won’t ask questions about why she’s hanging around the flat in the afternoon. The oblivious sister is there with Nick, and they have lots to discuss themselves. Given how confusing her love

life is, it’s hard to imagine that Leanne has the head space to worry about Toyah’s dating dramas. Still, she won’t be best pleased to discover that Toyah and Imran are back on, given the red flags they both saw regarding his romantic conduct.
