I thought Bodyguard was amazing. I was completely hooked on it – I was wishing my life away waiting for the finale! It was incredibly written, incredibly acted and just a real joy to watch. I also really love Line Of Duty, which is by the same writer. I also like Unforgotten as well, and I thought that The Split was very good, too.
My kids still like watching Friends, unbelievably! So I’m watching that, too, but it’s the third time round with my kids, and it’s still funny – I wish they’d do a reunion! It really hasn’t dated, which is incredible, bearing in mind that I was watching it before my children were born.
Pretty Woman is my Christmas film, if that makes sense! I love the shopping scenes in it, and the romance – it’s such a great film. I think I’ve watched everything that’s on Netflix, too – there’s nothing on there I haven’t watched! From Grace And Frankie to Shooter, Designated Survivor, Fargo… everything!
I used to love watching a bit of Dallas when I was growing up. All those shoulder pads, the espionage, the underhanded lying and cheating, it was all good stuff! I took a few lessons from it in how to wear the shoulder pads, the earrings and the big hair…
I really love the show that Richard E Grant does called Hotel Secrets, where he goes around the world looking at fabulous hotels. I’d love to do that – that’s definitely a bit of me! And on a completely different end of the scale, I’d love to do Bear Grylls’ Man vs. Wild. I’d like to see if I could survive!
