I never thought there would be another woman who’d be as suited to Peter as Carla is – but I have to admit that I’m really liking him and Abi as a love match! They have so much in common, and it’s about time she had a proper romance. It’s just a shame it’s bound to all end in tears!

Abi should steer well clear of Peter Barlow, if she’s got any sense! It’s obvious that he will never truly be over Carla, and any woman who gets in the way of that is just heading for heartbreak. I like Abi too much to see her be another casualty of love rat Peter.

| Why is Corrie bothering to give Peter this dalliance with Abi, when we all know he’s going to get back with Carla eventually? Peter and Abi are both alcoholics, and they’re clearly a shipwreck waiting to happen!

I’m disgusted at Peter Barlow, bedding Abi and then trying to get back together with Carla in the same week! If you ask me, he doesn’t deserve either of them. What I’d love is if the two of them teamed up to teach Peter the cheater a proper lesson!
