JACK AND SEAN FIGHT OVER DEAD ROXY!
Old wounds are reopened at her graveside…
Bitter enemies Jack Branning and Sean Slater will go to war in a violent showdown, after Stacey’s brother makes his big Walford return – and with Jack raising a spade, looking like he’s going to take a swipe at his rival, could the rumble turn deadly?
Our spies were ringside for the brutal brawl as stars Scott Maslen (Jack) and Rob Kazinsky (Sean) filmed the dramatic scenes, which take place at Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell’s grave!
“Given their fraught history there’s no love lost between Sean and Jack – even after all these years,” confirms our Square source. “Rest in peace, Ronnie and Roxy? Chance will be a fine thing for the sunken sisters!”
Long-time Eastenders fans will recall Sean and Jack faced off in a classic ‘Who’s the daddy?’ plot in 2008, when Roxy married Sean, then gave birth to Jack’s daughter Amy. When the truth was revealed, devastated Sean abducted Amy before plunging into the waters of an icy lake. So it’s fair to see why Jack isn’t pleased to see him!
“They really go for each other, but Jack appears to gain the upper hand and threatens him with a spade,” reports our source on set. “Sean genuinely loved Roxy, so news of her death is bound to hurt – but that could be nothing compared to the world of pain Jack looks set to cause him.”
The episode is due to air when Sean returns as part of a story for Jean this spring, that will see his mum diagnosed with cancer.
