Making a dog’s dinner

Or, to be strictly accurate, ‘Posh Hotels With Sally, Nigel & Charlie’, because Nigel’s pet poodle plays a key role in tonight’s final episode. The trio are checking in to Bovey Castle, a country hotel in Dartmoor National Park that also offers five-star treatment to the guests’ dogs, so Charlie is here to give his verdict on the hotel’s, um, ruff treatment. As for Sally, well, she’s rolling up her sleeves in the kitchen and preparing a venison dinner – oh, and fielding room service orders for dogs. Naturally. At least she gets to wind down afterwards with a round of golf on Bovey’s celebrated course, with Nigel on caddy duty and providing some juicy celebrity stories from his past. It’s all part of the service, guv’nor.
