Jess Glynne & Hanson play at the Erinsborough music festival
A ROMANTIC GESTURE WITH BOY BAND HANSON MELTS HER HEART…
The ‘Live @ Lassiters’ music festival gets under way this week, featuring a performance by global superstar Jess Glynne – and lucky Amy gets a private serenade from boy band Hanson!
As the festival kicks off, Amy’s still in turmoil after Kyle told her that he doesn’t love her, so she’s forging ahead with her plans to marry Gary. However, when Pierce lets slip that Kyle is still head over heels for her, Amy’s entire romantic future is thrown into disarray…
“Amy is so confused!” wails Zoe Cramond, who plays her. “She’s going round in circles – she loves Kyle, but it’s all been so messy. She feels betrayed by Kyle – she thought they were working towards being together, yet now he’s hurt her all over again.”
As angry Amy vents to Gary about Kyle, he realises that his fiancée is still in love with his son – and calls off their engagement! So, with Amy now a free agent, Kyle arranges a grand romantic gesture, and organises for her favourite band Hanson to perform privately for the two of them.
“Amy is really upset after Gary breaks up with her, so the last thing she expects is to walk into the café and see Hanson there!” Zoe tells us. “It’s a lovely moment for Amy, because she’s finally able to forget all the drama
and confusion that’s played out, and just soak up the sentiment of Kyle’s gesture. And what better way than with Hanson?”
Meanwhile, Zoe admits that she was a little giddy with excitement herself at having the rock stars on set.
“I’m a massive fan of Hanson,” she gushes. “They were so nice, and really got into the scene. It was such a lovely day – it’s these moments when I really appreciate just how lucky I am to be in a position to meet people like this.”
