Mitchell and Scott are seeing each other in secret – does Mitchell enjoy sneaking around?
I don’t think Mitchell is the kind of guy who likes lying. He’s done this before with Cleo, because he was very much battling with his heart and his mind – although this time, he’s consumed with fear. Mitchell’s not just protecting himself, but also the reputation of his family. Even though we’re nearing 2020, there’s still a lot of stigma with being LGBT and a person of colour.
Mitchell’s family arranges a Christmas day out – is he up for going along?
Well, it’s tricky because Mitchell has other plans. He wants to spend a lot of time with Scott now that he’s realised he’s in love with him. But the Deverauxs are a loud and unpredictable family, so they have their own agenda in mind. Mitchell creates a fake girlfriend to try to get out of it, but it falls through because he’s so bad at lying!
Later on, Mitchell and Scott go on their first date! How does it go?

Scott with a date, and they go to a winter market. They have hot chocolate, they buy some Christmas decorations, and they even wear matching hats! It really is a moment where you will watch it and wish that you had a relationship like theirs – but without all the drama!

Do you reckon that Mitchell could end up losing Scott if he doesn’t come out to his family?
It’s a massive possibility! I don’t want it to happen, and I won’t reveal if it does. However, because of what Scott wants, he needs to decide if he’s willing to be in a relationship on the down-low – or if he’s much better off being alone and proud of who he is.
