Thanks! I’m glad to say that my own style is nothing like Victoria’s – I always say her style is like a primary school teacher going on a school trip! Or Hermione Granger out of uniform! I like to think I’m a bit cooler.

How’s the year been for you? Are you looking forward to a break?

We’re off for two weeks – it’s the best Christmas present ever! We’re having a Christmas do, which is lovely, but the thought of putting on high heels and leaving the house might be a bit much at the moment – I might Facetime them with my jammies on going, “Have a nice night!”

Will you be eating, drinking and being merry over the festive period?

Well, I’ve recently gone vegan, so this changes everything, because it was always pigs in blankets – but those days are gone! So I’ll be looking forward to the roast potatoes, cooked in vegetable oil.

If you had to buy one of your co-stars a Secret Santa present, who would it be and what would you get them?

Liz [Estensen, aka Diane], because I know she loves elephants – so I already know what to get her! But she’s very strict. She doesn’t like them with the trunk up. She doesn’t like them trumpeting! But I think she’d really appreciate it.

Do you think there’s potential for a happy new year for Victoria? We know she’s going to give birth as 2020 arrives...

Yes, she’ll be a mum! So I think 2020 has good things in store for her, because she’s going to have a little baby! She’s very maternal anyway, even the way she is with Andy and Robert and Aaron.
