Shock attack on Leyla!

HAS JEALOUS LEANNA TRASHED THE WEDDING OFFICE?

- Sarah Ellis

It’s a difficult situation for Leanna as she feels neglected by her dad”

Leyla is left horrified this week, when she arrives at work to find that her office has been trashed – and she’s sure that vengeful Leanna is behind it!

The teenager has made no secret of the fact that she really doesn’t like Leyla, who is her dad Liam’s new girlfriend. However, is pointing the finger at Leanna only going to cause more trouble for Leyla?

“Leanna is known for being a troublemaker and an attention seeker, so when

Leyla finds out her office has been ransacked, all eyes are on Leanna,” confirms Dales star Mimi Slinger, who plays the rebellious schoolgirl. “It’s a difficult situation for Leanna because she feels neglected

– she just wants her dad to acknowledge her, and show that he loves her.”

Leanna was disgusted to learn that her father is now dating Leyla, especially as he was technically still engaged to Bernice when the new romance started! Since then, Leanna’s done everything she can to split them up – but

Liam remains determined to carry on seeing Leyla.

This week, Liam arranges to take his daughter for a special lunch so they can spend some quality time together. So imagine Leanna’s horror when she arrives to find Leyla there!

“I’m sure that she was hoping for an opportunity for the two of them to spend some time together so they can get closer,” explains Mimi. “Leanna arrives late at the Woolpack, and walks in to be greeted by her dad with Leyla – yet again, Leanna feels as if she’s second best, and quickly makes a scene with an angry outburst. It must be hard for anyone in that situation.”

Devastated, Leanna decides to organise a party to take her mind off things. But when her dad arrives home to find her and Jacob in what he reads as a compromising situation, all hell breaks loose again!

“Jacob arrives before anyone else, and comforts Leanna about her troubles with her dad,” reveals Mimi. “The timing couldn’t be worse as her father appears at the house, and misinterprets what he sees with Jacob and Leanna. He ends up saying things that further push away his daughter…”

As emotions run high, and Leyla’s office is vandalised the next day, Leanna quickly ends up getting the blame! But is she really responsible – or has Leyla got it all wrong?
