LOVE and other drugs!

Hollyoaks star Connor Calland tells us that Jordan has found his youngest recruit yet…

Jordan’s like a rat in the corner – if he’s trapped, he’ll do anything to defend himself, and if that means throwing someone under the bus, he’ll do it!” confesses Connor Calland, who plays Hollyoaks’ sinister drug villain. “There’s a lot more to come, and you’re going to see the darker side to Jordan when he doesn’t get his way…”

Jordan’s scheming certainly moves up a gear this week, as he starts to message Charlie via his computer game. And Connor explains why his alter ego chooses to target the teen…

“Jordan’s noticed that

Charlie’s family unit is broken,” explains the actor. “He also sees that Charlie’s an innocent, naive and vulnerable young person. Jordan wants to grow his workforce, and Charlie’s quite a bit younger than Juliet and Sid – his other dealers – so he’ll slip under the radar nicely.”

Charlie’s not the only person Jordan has his eye on. He’s been pursuing a relationship with Peri – and has the hots for her mum, Leela!

“Jordan’s attracted to both of them,” laughs Connor. “It’s awkward with them both being in the same house, but if Jordan wants something, he’ll go and get it! Pursuing Leela is definitely on the table…”

While Jordan’s a nasty piece of work, Connor is surprised by his positive reception from viewers.

“I wasn’t really expecting it, as I’ve come in to play the bad guy,” he says. “Hollyoaks has such a big fanbase, and it was a bit daunting – you don’t want to upset or disappoint the viewers. But so far it’s been such a great

response.”
