The battle is on, as Juliette goes head to head with Nicola and Jimmy for the right to see her son in Emmerdale. And our readers have a lot to say about this complex situation…

I was actually quite impressed by Nicola and her mature nature when she was talking to Carl. It’s good to see that she does some actual parenting and doesn’t just spend her entire time scheming! For once, Jimmy is being the immature one.

Juliette is a really flaky mother. She’s given up Carl before, so I’m sure that if

they gave her access, then she would lose interest in him sooner or later. Either that, or she’ll have to move to Emmerdale permanently!

I understand that Juliette wants to see her son, but stalking the Kings and then actually taking Carl so they think he’s missing, was awful! If she really wants custody, then Juliette should go about it in the right way, and not resort to kidnap. What a great re-start to motherhood…

I’m sorry, but Juliette is Carl’s mother – end of story. If she takes legal action, I’m pretty sure that Nicola and Jimmy would have to kiss goodbye to full custody. Like a good parent, Nicola’s actually trying to do what’s best for her child.
