Will Mercedes bed Romeo?

Cher’s campaign of terror against her stepmum could bring heartache this week, after her meddling pushes Romeo straight into the arms of Mercedes!
For weeks, jealous Cher has been doing everything in her power to drive a wedge between her dad and his wife, desperate to get Mercedes out of their lives once and for all. And when she posts some damning accusations online about Mercedes having slept with somebody else, it looks as though she might have succeeded…
“Sylver is devastated to find out that someone is trolling his missus on social media, and does his best to try to ignore it,” reveals our Hollyoaks insider. “But once the rumours of infidelity crop up, with details that only someone who has been close to Mercedes would know, Sylver is furious! He becomes convinced that his wife has cheated on him.”
A huge row erupts between the couple, leaving Sylver feeling incredibly guilty the following morning. And while he’s all set to apologise, conniving Cher then convinces him to go on an overnight camping trip with her, giving Mercedes the space she needs to cool down…
Cher is gleeful that her plan is going so well, and even hides Sylver’s phone so Mercedes can’t contact him during their trip. However, while the cat’s away, the mice will play!
“Unbeknown to Cher, her boyfriend Romeo has a secret crush on Mercedes!” gasps our spy. “So, when he calls round to the pub looking for Cher, and Mercy reveals that Sylver has gone AWOL as well, the two of them end up drowning their sorrows over a drink. Neither of them can figure out where Cher and Sylver are, or why they’re not answering their phones.”
As the booze flows and the pair of them get tipsy, Romeo ramps up his flirting – much to Mercedes’ delight! With their other halves nowhere to be found, will the lonely hearts find comfort in each other?
Meanwhile, Sylver and Cher have had a lovely time away on their father-daughter camping trip, and Sylver awakes happy the following morning, ready to go home and face his wife. Yet he’s left seriously confused when he finds his missing mobile phone hidden in Cher’s pocket…
As Sylver confronts his daughter, how will she explain her way out of it? And what will be waiting for Cher and Sylver when they get home?
