Premier Division leaders Star made it six wins out of seven by beating Leeds 4-1. Aaron Tupper scored a hat-trick and Tommy Flisher was also on target, with Nathan Laker scoring for Leeds.
New Hythe edged Larkfield Green 1-0 in their derby clash.
Green wasted a great chance to take the lead when Tom Carr crashed a 15th-minute penalty against the bar and both sides then struggled to break down organised defences.
The only goal came in the second half when a free-kick from Adam Swaiseland was headed home by Luke Gaughan.
In the Kent Premier Cup, East Malling beat Vinters 9-0 with goals from Dan Brown (4), Scott Ibbotson (2), Lee Fincham (2) and Glen Holman.
Hollingbourne won 2-1 at Artois with strikes by Dave Illingworth and Simon Massey.
In the Kent Junior Cup, Invicta Sunday lost 3-1 to Walnut Wanderers.
Trailing 1-0 at half-time to a penalty, Invicta equalised through Harry Hutton’s 62nd-minute header but were knocked out by two more Wanderers goals. Two goals from Gavin Allen earned White Horse a 2-1 success at Yalding & Laddingford, while Maidstone International went through by the same score after extra-time against Wateringbury Athletic.
