Still no action to sort out traffic

Senior reporter I read with interest and dismay your article about the latest delaying tactic for the Leeds-Langley relief road.
Willington Street is not an A road, in fact I believe it’s not even classified, yet councillors want to continue pouring traffic along it.
Kent county and Maidstone councils continue to throw mud at one another, but it’s not sticking to them. The residents appear to be mere pawns in this game, and when I have asked for 30 markers on the road, and for extremely poor surfaces on the pavements to be resurfaced, my requests have fallen on deaf ears.
Can I make some comments on the proposals:
The biggest pinch point of all on Willington Street is at the traffic lights at the junction of Madginford Road.
This imposed junction is not wide enough when approaching it from the south, and with only one lorry or two cars turning right, nothing moves. Traffic tails back in both direction from these lights. The photo with last week’s article is of this junction. The south to north lane can be widened to allow vehicles to pass.

On the A20, I assume they are creating two lanes approaching the junction. Where is the space coming
