Kay Lowe takes over from Gerry Kirrage who has been chairman for many years. Kay has lived in Vinters Park for more than 40 years and is well qualified for this position. She would like to encourage a greater community spirit on the estate, centred on the community centre with a series of events such as coffee mornings, drop in meetings for the elderly, a Christmas market and other festive events.
